1) Present ID card (KTP / Passport) upon check-in
2) Present Key card upon check-out
3) For early check-in start from 9 am - 12 pm may cost an extra fee of 50% from room charge (based on availability)
4) For late check-out start from 2 - 4 pm may cost an extra fee of 50% from room charge (based on availability)
5) No pets allowed
6) No durians allowed

Payment Terms
1) Payment could be done by transfer bank
2) Non refundable
3) Non amend reservation
